Sand, to prevent slugs from advancing
On a sandy surface, gastropods are unable to progress. You can therefore place a layer of sand in the paths and around all the plants you want to protect against the onslaught of these very greedy molluscs. Count one thickness of sand 5 to 6cm for it to be effective. Note that at the same time, we also manage to fight against ants.
